Do you enjoy creating meaningful worship experiences through audio, video, lighting, and production? We’re looking for a Fremont Campus Production Associate to help create engaging, distraction-free environments where people can encounter Jesus. This role supports worship services through technical production, collaboration with staff and volunteers, and a commitment to excellence in presentation and worship experiences.
Job Responsibilities
General

- Required to serve at four all-in events (Christmas, Easter, and two campus-specific events)

Specific
- Support Fremont Worship Director in creating distraction-free worship and learning experiences in all venues using audio, video, staging and lighting
- Serve as a primary FOH engineer on Sundays
- Oversee the technical setup of the space for corporate worship gatherings on Sunday mornings at the Fremont Campus
- Collaborate with Fremont campus staff to multiply and develop the production team
- Attend necessary staff and production meetings and training as directed by the Campus Director
- Provide feedback from the “congregation view” perspective to Fremont Worship Director and individuals on the platform on Sunday mornings as it pertains to presentation, aesthetic, and sound
- Receive feedback from and adjust based on the direction of the Fremont Worship Director and the Fremont Campus Director. Offer open and honest feedback and reviews to the FWD and Campus Director
- Monitor decibel levels and keep within the appropriate guidelines set forth by the Worship Directors and church leadership
- Work within the King of Kings Standards of Practice manual for production best practices and aesthetics
Attendance Expectations
- Thursday 5:30PM for talk-through with FWD, 6PM setup for Rehearsal; 7PM rehearsal, duty ends around 9PM
- Sunday 6:30AM setup and all needed preparation for Sunday services, two services at 9:15AM and 11AM, duty ends around 12:30PM
- The Campus Production Associate is allowed to have 6 Sundays off per year, with corresponding Thursdays also allowed off. Additional Sundays are at the discretion of the FWD
- The Production Associate may be requested to help with any other special events, holiday services and worship nights
- The weeks of Easter and Christmas are not available for time off

- Receive and give direction and feedback well
- The ability to think quickly and troubleshoot audio equipment in high-stress situations
- Basic understanding and experience mixing a live band, preferably in a worship setting
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn the following systems: Shure wireless, Dante network/controller, High End Hog lighting, Allen & Heath Avantis, ProPresenter, Blackmagic switchers, Resi decoder, as well as any additions to this list
