Let’s Go ā€¢ Celebration Sunday

On Sunday, December 15, we invite you to a special morning at all campuses as we celebrate the incredible impact of the Letā€™s Go initiative. In recent weeks, so many of you have taken bold steps of faith by making your Letā€™s Go commitments, and now itā€™s time to come together to celebrate what God has done and will continue to do through your generosity.

If you haven’t yet made a commitment to Let’s Go, it’s not too late. We invite you to prayerfully consider making a pledge today at kingofkings.org/go.

King of Kings University

Fremont Campus

You’re invited to King of Kings University, aĀ 13-week course that will help you get to know more about King of Kings and our beliefs, culture, and values. It all begins January 9, and will be held weekly on Thursdays from 5:30PM-7:30PM.

Student Christmas Party

Join us for a fun-filled Christmas party on December 18 from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM! Students grades 6-12 will enjoy Christmas music, a hot chocolate bar, ā€œElfā€ spaghetti, a White Elephant gift exchange, Christmas-themed games, and more. Donā€™t miss out on this great opportunity to celebrate the season with friends!

MomCo: More Than a Date Night

I Street Campus

January 31 ā€¢ 6-9PM
Join us for a night filled with intentional discussion and fun at More Than a Date Night! This is a great opportunity for couples to learn more about each other and strengthen their marriages. Enjoy a catered dinner, watch video teaching from pastor and author John Mark Comer, and participate in live teaching by Leroy and Mildred Gerner on clarifying marital expectations.
Dinner and kids check-in will start at 6PM, and the event kicks off at 6:30PM.
Cost is $75/couple
Childcare available at $15/child (ages 1 and up). Infants under 1 are welcome to join us in the meeting.

Christmas at King of Kings

All Campuses

Join us as we celebrate Christmas at King of Kings. Our services are designed for all ages and are a great family experience. Weā€™ll have photo opportunities, a free hot cocoa bar, cookies, animals, live music, and more! All of our services will be identical and include a candlelight moment as we sing Silent Night. In order to provide the best possible experience for our guests, we ask that you reserve free tickets for this experience.

Please note that we will not be hosting any services on December 25, and worship will be held online only on Sunday, December 29.

During this event, parents can enjoy a FREE morning of childcare for their kids, ages 6 weeks to Grade 5. Kids will have a blast with crafts, inflatables, snacks, and more.

On November 10 we celebrated Commitment Sunday for our Letā€™s Go initiativeā€”a pivotal moment in our two-year journey to sustain, strengthen, and expand our ministry for generations to come. If you havenā€™t had an opportunity yet to make a commitment, there is still time!

Student Ministry Toy Drive with Abide

All Campuses

Each year, Abide provides brand new presents for North Omaha Kids ages 0-10. Students will partner with them for the month of November to collect toys for their Christmas Store. On December 11, Ade from Abide will visit to speak, and we’ll have all the toys ready for him to take.

New toys can be dropped off in the Haven. Check out this Amazon wish list for ideas.

2025 LCMS Youth Gathering

All Campuses

The 2025 National Youth Gathering will be held in New Orleans, LA, from July 19-23. King of Kings will be sending a group to the gathering. More information and pricing will be available soon, but get the dates on your calendar!

Matthew Bible Study

Northwest Campus

Starting December 1, Neil Fortkamp will lead a Bible study on Matthew for any interested adults from 8-9AM at King of Kings Northwest, in room 308.

Service of Remembering

All Campuses

Join us for a beautiful time of remembrance and grieving loved ones who have passed. As Christmas approaches, we remember the hope that Jesus brings and celebrate the lives of those we love. This event is open to everyone, so feel free to invite your friends. We will provide lunch to all the attendees.

MomCo 2024-Spring 2025

Looking for fellowship and community with other women? Join King of Kingsā€™ MomCo group!

Led by Erica Prest & Azalia Wheeler, this group will meet two Fridays each month from 9:30-11:30AM in the Haven (Sept. 13-May 9).

MomCo is an international organization that encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with the local church. Any mother, from pregnant with first child to empty nester, is welcome (childcare will be provided). The mothers enjoy hot breakfast and coffee while listening to speakers, participating in group discussion, doing creative activities, going through devotionals, planning service projects, and creating deep friendships. Mothers do not have to be believers to join. Local and international dues apply.

Weā€™re excited to give you free access to RightNow Media ā€” an extensive library of Bible study resources. We believe that RightNow Media is a tool that can help you live out your faith in every area of your lifeā€”at home, at work, and in your community. In addition to video series on books of the Bible, RightNow Media has videos for everyone in your family on a variety of topics like marriage, parenting, personal finances, mental health, and more. Thereā€™s even a library just for kids with over 2,000 safe, entertaining videos. RightNow Media has a free app thatā€™s available on all major streaming devices so you and your family can access content anywhere, anytime.
