The holidays can be especially difficult after the loss of a loved one. Surviving the Holidays is a one-morning GriefShare seminar that offers care, practical tools, and hope for the season ahead. Together, we’ll explore ways to navigate difficult emotions, approach holiday traditions, and set healthy boundaries for social gatherings.
