Do you enjoy creating meaningful worship experiences through audio, video, lighting, and production? We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to help lead production for the Millard campus, working alongside our team to create engaging, distraction-free environments where people can encounter Jesus.
Job Responsibilities
- Uphold the mission of King of Kings to transform lives through connection to God, connection to each other, and connection to the world
- Be fully committed to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20) and its implementation at King of Kings
- Support King of Kings leadership in following Jesus, the Head of the Church
- Be reliant on Him in prayer, authentic in relationships, courageous in serving, and generous in loving others to impact the world through King of Kings
- Collaborate with the Central Production Director to oversee the technical aspects of worship experiences at the Millard campus including audio, video, staging, and lighting to create an engaging, focused, and distraction-free experience
- Collaborate with the Central Production Director to maintain equipment in worship environments (Worship Center, The Haven, etc.) and production equipment throughout the building
- Collaborate with the Central Production Director to create and maintain production systems including installation and configuration
- Build team culture within the production ministry
- Recruit and schedule production team members
- Lead Sunday morning production roles and teams
- Serve as a primary contact on behalf of the Production Department for in-house and guest events including weddings and funerals
- Attend necessary staff and production meetings
- Complete other duties as agreed upon with the Central Production Director and Millard Campus Pastor
