Do you love welcoming people, building teams, and creating great guest experiences? We’re looking for an Associate Campus Director to support our Campus Director and the Northwest Omaha campus team as we connect people to God, each other, and the world.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee campus guest experience and events
- Build and invest in relationships with people at the campus
- Provide administrative support to the Campus Director
- Ensure the campus facility is clean and functioning well
- Track and update weekly campus metrics
- Support church-wide initiatives as needed
- Identify and invite new people into ministry
- Ensure key volunteer roles are filled
- Recruit and develop new leaders alongside the Campus Director
- Coach, support, and appreciate volunteers
- Help create a welcoming guest experience on Sundays
- Assist with assimilation and follow-up for new guests
- Help implement campus initiatives that further the mission of King of Kings
- Organize outreach and service opportunities in the community
