Need something created or communicated?

If you have an event, class, seminar, or some other exciting things coming up in your ministry, odds are you’ll need artwork created to promote it, as well as communication to the congregation. Just follow these steps, and we’ll get you taken care of.

FINALIZE DETAILS

Before you submit a request, please do your best to make sure the information is complete and accurate. This helps prevent errors from popping up down the line.

We know things can change, and that’s ok. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes that come up. We just ask that you do your best to start with fully fleshed out, accurate details.

SUBMIT A REQUEST

Our Communication Request form allows you to request communication and any design or print materials. Here are a few examples of what this form is for:

  • Artwork
  • Website Calendar
  • Announcements
  • Printed Materials
  • Registration Forms
  • Promo Items (Pens, shirts, etc.)

Please submit a request to our team as early as you can. Late requests cause a disruption to the projects that other ministries have requested and can have a domino effect that lasts months.

At a minimum, please give us at least 3 weeks (15 working days) from the date you’d like communication to begin. Broadly speaking, communication for most ministry activities begins 30 days out.

If you’re already within the 3-week window, please continue with your request and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Once you’ve submitted your request, our team will get started and begin sending you items to review as we get closer to the due date.
