As the Director of HR & Facilities, I get to say I manage the building and everyone in it! While that’s not entirely true, I don’t manage everyone, I do get lots of variety and my priorities can quickly shift gears. In HR, I have the opportunity to know all the staff and serve as a resource to them. In Facilities, I work with tenants, renovations and overall day-to-day operations. I’m never bored!
