Job Responsibilities
General

Primary
- Collaborate with the Central Production Director in overseeing technical aspects of worship experiences at the Millard campus, including audio, video, staging, and lighting, to create an engaging, focused, and distraction-free experience.
- Collaborate with the Central Production Director in maintaining equipment in worship environments (Worship Center, The Haven, etc.) and production equipment building wide.
- Collaborate with the Central Production Director for creating and maintaining production systems including installation and configuration.
- Building team culture, recruiting and scheduling team members.
- Leading in Sunday morning roles and teams.
- Serve as a primary contact on behalf of the Production Department for in-house and guest events, including weddings and funerals.
- Attend necessary staff and production meetings.
- All other duties as agreed upon with the Central Production Director and Millard Campus Pastor.

Requirements & Qualifications
Preferred Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or graduate degree in media production related field.
- Three years’ experience in leading live events and/or church productions.
