Anxiety Seminar

Do you struggle with anxiety? Join King of Kings counselor Alisha Lohman, (PLMHP, PLADC), in a six-week seminar that looks at what anxiety is, how it feels, and different ways of managing anxiety. The cost of this six-week program will be $100.
Classes will run Wednesday mornings from 9:30AM – 11AM between January 4-18 and February 1-15.
Registration and informed consent will be required. Registration will remain open until the 20-person cap on the seminar has been filled.
