Questions for Discussion: Please discuss one, or more, of the following questions.
  1. Which of the ways we try to mimic omnipresence can you most relate to? Which of your primary relationships most needs you to be more fully present than you have been?
  2. Is feeling distant from God always an indicator that something is “off” with your relationship?  What factors might prevent you from feeling close to God, even if you understand on an intellectual level that you are?
  3. How does the fact of God’s omnipresence change the way you think about your secret sins? About the shape confession should take?
  4. How does the fact of God’s omnipresence comfort you personally? How does it expand your amazement at divine grace?
