Bible Breakfast

The third Bible Breakfast will be Sunday, February 19th during the Sunday School hour. Come and enjoy a fellowship breakfast served by the men of Soulwerk and support KOK's vision for Christian Education.

Christ's Corner, Youth Sunday School Kickoff

Fall Children's Sunday School Program kicked off on September 11, 2011.  We also celebrated our program with a Pancake Breakfast (thanks to the Men's Soulwerk Team) and a Bible Bowl with our Sunday School kids Vs. Adults.   Look forward to our next Pancake Breakfast and Bible Bowl #2 in the upcoming months.

Grade School Classes (Pre-K to 5th Grade)

Teachings will focus this season around what it means to be Lutheran, a focus and study on Prayer.   Classes are held for the following age groups:

• Pre-K through 2nd Grade

• 3rd and 4th Grade

• 5th Grade

Youth Group Bible Class (6th to 12th Grade)

Students in 6th grade through high school are invited to an interactive study of the Bible. We have been working our way through Genesis "The Seed" for the past month. Currently we are studying Noah and how the flood symbolizes God's salvation through Baptism. 1 Peter 3:20,21. We have also been studying life before the Flood, and how life spans were greatly different than they are today.

Board of Youth and Christian Education

The Board of Youth is responsible for planning and carrying out programs for the youth of the church, including Sunday School programs, social activities, community service projects and annual Youth gatherings.
